Govind Guru Tribal University (GGTU) Banswara, Rajasthan, India formerly Rajiv Gandhi Tribal University is a state university. It was established in the year 2012 by the Government of Rajasthan through the Udaipur act 2012 and was named Rajiv Gandhi after the 6th prime minister of India. In 2016 it was renamed and the headquarter moved to Banswara it has jurisdiction in the districts of Banswara, Dungarpur and Pratap Garh.

Its main aim is to provide higher education and research facilities for the tribal population. It offers courses like an MBA, PG Diploma and PhD.
