Govind Guru Tribal University is inviting applications for PhD Admission 2024 in multiple specializations. Candidates can apply online through the GGTU Official website before January 31, 2025.
GGTU Banswara PhD Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates having a 4 years bachelor’s degree and 1 year PG degree with at least 75% marks are eligible to apply.
- A relaxation of 5% marks in the PG degree is provided to candidates belonging to the SC / ST / PwD / ONC -NCL / MBC-NCL category.
- Candidates must qualify for the National Eligibility Test (NET).
- NET scores for candidates in categories 2 and 3 will remain valid for one year for Ph.D admission.
- Final-year students of the current session can apply, but their admission will be subject to meeting eligibility criteria at the time of the interview.
- JRF-qualified students will be admitted to the PhD programme based on the interview.
- Students qualified for NET categories 2 & 3, their admission will be based on combined merit with:
- 70% weightage for test score
- 30% weightage for interview performance
