Read Full ReviewAlmost everyone writes NEET PG after the MBBS course. There are descent number of patients as it is one of the biggest tertiary care hospitals in a radius of 50 kms. The quality of education is good enough to get a good ranking in PG exams if you take studies seriously during the course.
NEET score is the primary determinant of admission and the type of seat you get. No other examination exists currently for admission into MBBS course. The reason I chose this college was because of the quality of medical education imparted here, it's better than most other private medical colleges, maybe even many of the new government colleges. Naturally, it's hard to be sure which college you end up with during counseling as it depends not only on your NEET score but also how others have faired as compared to you.

Read Full ReviewMost students prefer to write the NEET PG after graduation and join an MD/MS course. There are options to join as a tutor post MBBS which pays well and allows you to study for exams as well. Other than that, a compulsory internship of 1 year.
I didn't choose this college, this was the college allotted to me through NEET counselling. Academics wise it's a really good college with a lot of opportunities for students to stand out. Hostel facilities are also good, there is a separate girls' and boys' hostel for both UG and PG students. The college is located in a bit of a rural setting but there is good connectivity with major cities like Bangalore and Mysore through buses and trains.
