We all get internship in college’s hospital itself. Its have a huge patient flow so the exposure is great for practice as we got to see various different cases. Hospital is also huge and consists of multiple buildings

Internship is compulsory for every student and you will get around 18k per month for that. The internship is very important For an MBBS student coz you will get to review everything that you have learned in those 4 years and also for any doctor interaction with the Patient is important.

In MBBS we have to do rotating internships of 12 months in various departments of our hospital with nearly 8-9 working hours daily, the stipend is given by the state government which is approximately 18000, and it's compulsory to do an internship

1 year internship Is a part of the MBBS curriculum and the colleges responsibility to get the internships completed. After 4.5 years of studying MBBS ,the one year internship is the time when you get to get hands on experience as a doctor. Internship at a Government hospital makes you learn a lot of things which makes one a competent and good doctor. The internship is paid and Government pays approximately 15000-20000 per month during internship.

No I didn't take part in any internship as of now. We will have our internship after our final year where a stipend of 11k per month is given as per now but there are high chances of increase in stipend to 22k from next batch of interns. It is done in our hospital itself except for psm postings for which a intern is sent to shiroor for a period.

As all our doctors here there is a fair chance for placement and employment in the government sector or even we can be self-employed in this profession so there is no problem with placement almost everyone finds a source of income here

Right now I'm in 3rd year I’ll get an internship at the hospital of our college which is Sasoon Hospital where I’ll get internship you’re not allowed to do internships anywhere else you have to do an internship in the hospital of the college

For an internship, they pay 11k per month. Being a medical college there is an internship for one year and after that, you have to appear for PG entrance and join the college you get based on your choices.

I have completed my internship in this college which provided me to gain lot of confidence and also taught me to manage or handle every type of situation occured. We also carried out project/workshop like BLS , COLS, Public health awareness campaign,etc.
