I like the pune city which is near to my hometown. Its campus is huge and contains a alot of extracurricular activities other than studies like sports and dramas. I gave neet to get into this college for which I joined aakash institute
MBBS is one of the most prestigious course and i liked the biology subject in school. Faculty is well qualified and has done thier pg in their respective subject which they teach. Term exams are in every 2-3 months which is generally of hard level and faculty dont give high marks.
We all get internship in college’s hospital itself. Its have a huge patient flow so the exposure is great for practice as we got to see various different cases. Hospital is also huge and consists of multiple buildings
MBBS is one of the most demanding feild, so their is plenty of job opportunities. We can either do our pist graduation or can start practicing in our own clinic and can get a government job in government hospital
Per year fees is 152907 rs for general category students, and 14607 rs for reserved category students. Gym and library fees is also included in it. Total course fees for 5.5 years will be around 6 lakhs for general category students and around 1 lakh for reserved category students
College life is so good. We got lots of fests throughout the year of which vedants is the biggest fest which is during the ganesh festival. Their is also a lots of extracurricular activities to do like sports, teaching neet aspirants and most special is the drama. We got our own mountaineering academy which organises the trecks for students. Their are other several clubs.
Hostel infrastructure is old but we got a great hostel area which contains a small ground where we play different sports. Mess quality is better than other mess. Hostel fees is only 4000rs and mess fees is 36000rs which is considered as affordable
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
