BVMC is a private medical institution established in 1989. The institute is affiliated with BVDU. It is approved by MCI. According to India Today 2024, BVMC Pune is ranked 39th among all universities in India.

BVMC Pune is known for its flagship MBBS program. The fee for MBBS is INR 98.5 lakhs. The eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have completed 10+2 with 50% marks aggregate in PCB and English from a recognized board. The selection criteria is based on the NEET UG score followed by the counselling process.

BVMC also offers MD and MS programs. The fee for MD is INR 45 lakhs and the fee for MS is INR 83.4 lakhs. The eligibility criteria for MD & MS is that the candidate must have completed an MBBS degree with 55% marks from a recognized university. The selection process is based on the rank in the NEET PG examination.
