The teachers are more than ready to help their students.Their enthusiasm to make us learn is surreal. The class tests are held after completion of every unit.Which according to me is the best way to be on track with the syllabus.

Placement Experience:

it’s a new college established in 2020.The first batch is yet to pass so we aren’t really sure about the stipend. The job procedure is same as all the doctors throughout india. Most people opt for pg or else you can always work as mo

Course Curriculum Overview:

Standard Curriculum is followed keeping in mind the guidelines framed by NMC and the CBME is currently being followed. Faculty is very good . Most professor's have retired from AFMC and work here . Different departments exhibit different methods to teach according . They try to make things easier for us students. Exams are conducted timely and we need to appear for a lot of exams . Every month you something or the other .Apart from these Formative assessments we have 2 internals , preliminary exams and university exams. In between the examswe end up giving our postend exams as well. Do there are a lot of exams here .

Placement Experience:

Doctors need no placement. You build your CV apply there go through interview and yayy congratulations you are selected. Job opportunities are available in various streams/sections . After Mbbs most of us will pursue our PGs .We will appear for NEET PG or NEXT . Then some of us might end up doing superspecialization or fellowship as well .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty is really supportive with the learning curiosity. The curriculum has been revised according to the new NMC guidelines, so they're following the latest version of curriculum. The academia here is really good, with appropriate infrastructure and small group teachings it works pretty well.

Placement Experience:

Mbbs offers good job opportunities in the future. An MD on top is cherry on the cake. The more the qualification the better options you get at the time of placements. It's upto you if u want to explore the corporate side of it or open up your own practice.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I knew i would like it and I would be able to get things done. The faculty is really cooperative and reliable. They ensure that by the end of each class, the students go back with more information.

Remarks:

The location is a major factor which made me choose symbiosis medical college for women. I wouldn't have chosen it had it been in some other place. Along with that the overall fees for the entire course is much lower compared to other deemed and private colleges. Even though they have a 10% increment in fees each year, i feel it is still a better option than others. The college itself holds a really good reputation which was another major plus point.

I always wanted to be a doctor so I had no doubt about my career choice. I was from the COVID batch i didn't want to take a drop since I had already exhausted myself from the extension of the exam so I chose to let government college go and go for deemed college

Placement Experience:

Internship is compulsory at the college itself. They patient inflow is decent so getting experience as first hand will be probably good too.they have decent duty rooms and facilities available for on-duty doctors

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a hard course indeed but it is worthy of giving your best years of life. The sense of being a healthcare professional who deals with lives is incomparable. The college follows the curriculum provided by the National Medical Council and the same curriculum is followed all over India in each medical college. The faculty focuses on a professional way of teaching by incorporating practical and competency-based aspects, The faculty is supportive and well-experienced as all of them are doctors who are alumni of reputed institutes like armed force medical colleges.

Placement Experience:

After completion of 5.5 years of MBBS, our college provides placements as a junior resident in various colleges across India. The average package for a Junior Resident is about 30,000 Rs. per month. However, most of the students don't take any placement to prepare for postgraduation as in medical field specialization and super specialization defines your skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college follows the CBME pattern of teaching and updates its curriculum with NMC guidelines. The college tries to follow all changes made in the syllabus. Teachers inculcate new methods of teaching. They use the PowerPoint presentation method of teaching where all the content is available on our online teaching platform. Our faculty is the best faculty all across Pune. They are experienced and retired professors from renowned institutes like BJMC and AFMC. Very supportive faculty. In first year- we had term exams after completion of each unit in all subjects apart from internal exams and university exams. The fee hike is every year- 10% increment. The total cost to study is approx. 55 lacs. The top students of the college with the highest rank in NEET-UG get the AnandiBai Gopal Scholarship where their entire fee is waived in return of 1 year bond of working in the hospital.

Placement Experience:

After 4.4 years of MBBS, we have to work as interns in the associated hospital (SUHRC) for a year. Placements are not applicable for MBBS. After this mainly students prepare for NEET-PG, PLAB, USMLE, etc.
