The infrastructure of the college is pretty good. The admission was allotted on the basis of our neet UG scores. This is the top 2 deemed university for medical in India , so the cutoff explains it all.
The faculty is really supportive with the learning curiosity. The curriculum has been revised according to the new NMC guidelines, so they're following the latest version of curriculum. The academia here is really good, with appropriate infrastructure and small group teachings it works pretty well.
After a 4 and a half years of mbbs, there's a 1 year internship . It's mandatory for all students in this field. The graduates are then made to work at root level with senior residents and surgeons and they are taught upon how to interact with the patients.
Mbbs offers good job opportunities in the future. An MD on top is cherry on the cake. The more the qualification the better options you get at the time of placements. It's upto you if u want to explore the corporate side of it or open up your own practice.
The fees increases by 10% every year. Except for the final year where it's the least, around 7 lakhs. Total cost of the course comes out to be around 65 lakhs. Also, for every subject we are supposed to pay 10,000 rs. For university exams. Apart from this there are no hidden fees as such. The hostel is around 2,80,000 per year.
The campus is really comfortable. It has all the means of fulfilling daily necessities of students. The college also offers various club activities for students to participate in for leisure and recreation.
The hostel rooms are spacious enough. The mess serves good quality food with a lot of variety. The campus is surrounded by lush green hills. We need to submit an application and the transition to hostel life is pretty smooth.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
