The course doesn't have any placement available.I would like to take pg .So I am planning to prepare for neet pg examination during internship. We can also practice as general practitioner with degree itself.
It is a 1 year compulsory rotary internship in every department where you will get a stipend of 26500 per month.It is the time when you will get real life experience when you start to apply the theory knowledge .
Read Full ReviewThe course is for five and half years . After final year ( that is the end of four and half year) . We are posted as house surgeons (HS) during that period we will get an amount of 28 thousand rupees per month for the whole year.
After this course if we need money we can work in private hospitals , the salary provided there is depends on the hospital and from which college you have passed out from . Mostly per day 2000 rupees is given after mbbs in private hospital

Compulsory Internship is provided within the college itself.We can do internships outside whether paid or non paid depends upon the institute we are doing internship on. The college internship donot give any payment but we can attend geenral practice during internship and that will give us money.
Read Full ReviewThere won’t be any placement options in medical colleges. But students ,after graduation are able to secure decent jobs . If they wish to continue their studies, they have options for masters in India as well as foreign countries and they can get into the field of medical research.
Separate internships are not required, because the college has almost all the facilities. The college provides all the areas where we need postings. So we don’t have to go outside for that. In the final year, we have a project, which we should do individually and submit to the university.
Read Full ReviewBeing an MBBS student, there is no such thing as placement over here. Most of the students would go for PG after this. If not they could work in a Private hospital, go abroad start their clinic, or attempt public service exams and work for health services.
I have not opted for an internship yet, For MBBS in my state there is a one-year compulsory internship in our hospital where you would get paid 27000 per month. It is during the internship period that you get the most exposure and work like a doctor.

The final year of our college is an internship in the medical college hospital. We get a lot of patient exposure as it’s a government medical college and it is the tertiary care center too. Patient exposure is necessary to become a good doctor.

No, we cannot opt for internships unless the course is over, which will take about 4.5 years or more depending on if we have completed the course within that period or no. The internship also called house surgency is for 1 year

We have to pass the neet pg exam to get admission and seat for a postgraduate seat. Almost all 80-90% get placements. After getting the degree, I will go for post graduation and superspeciality.
Read Full ReviewEligibility criteria is passing Final Year MBBS University Examination and completing one year of Internship.The interns do get a salary of around ?30000 monthly. After completion of the course usually a candidate should prepare for NEET PG,INI-CET or JIPMER PG exams or go for USMLE or PLAB. My plan is to take MS from AIIMS after clearing INI-CET.
The curriculum demands one year of compulsory internship after passing Final Year University Examination. The Intership is indeed pretty hectic and the working environment is too difficult.But eventually we do acclimatise and it certainly do help in remoulding ourselves to a better one.

The duration of the internship is one year and it can be completed at any of the medical colleges in Kerala. Doing the internship offers a monthly stipend which is around 16500/- now at Calicut Medical College.
