Boring COLLEGE life

What I Liked

I like the hostel rooms which are not more than luxurious hotel rooms
I like drinking water facilities, laundary facilities provided

What I didn’t like

I don't like some of mean,rude behaviour of the faculties
I don't like the college campus which is very small

Internships Opportunities:

I m still in 2nd year so i still have lot more time to opt for internship but this college provide very low stipend which is not even 1/4th of the fees paid but other colleges provide good placements with good stipend

Review on one of the oldest medical colleges of banglore

What I Liked

The only thing good about the college is the faculties are great
The hostel is very neat and very hygienic. The hostel has all facilities.

What I didn’t like

College is very strict and if a hosteller u will have much more restrictions . No no veg is allowed. Infrastructure is very small. Faculties are good with respect to academics but they r strict and rude at times.
Campus does not have all the faculties. There r no proper play grounds . The life in this campus is a little frustrating but once u get a few good friends u will get used to it.

Placement Experience:

As far as I have asked the seniors and what the faculties of the college have told us the patient inflow is not that great. The placement is good Job opportunities are always no problem for mbbs students. Intership stiphends are also not that great . My plans after getting the degree are still not very clear .

Internships Opportunities:

The intership is in the hospital owned my the college itself . The duration of intership is for upto a year . The intership is provided to all the students graduating from the college . Though the patient inflow is less the faculties available are decent The management is also planning to build a multi speciality hospital. The process has been stated in the locality of the college itself .

What I Liked

The teaching is good with approachable mentors
Food provided in hostel is good and rooms are good

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is limited and campus life is restricted. Only one fest of about 3 days
No student council and no independent voice for the students

Placement Experience:

The compulsory internship is provided at the end of the 4.5-year course. We work under all different departments to get a good idea of their work schedule and methods. This being a private college no stipend is provided for internship
