Remarks:

MY LEARNING FROM CIT.

What I Liked

I LOVE THE OPPURTUNITES THEY GIVE LITRALLY IF YOU WANT TO DEVELOP YOUR SKILL RATHER THAN BEING A BOOK WORM YOU CAN CHOOSE CIT. MAJOR THING IS THEY GIVE PLACEMENTS IN THIRD YEAR ITSELF SO WE CAN HAVE OUR TRAINING SESSION IN 4TH YEAR.
THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED COE(CENTER OF EXCELLENCE) IN CIT WHICH IS NOTHING BUT HAND ON TRAINING CENTERS FOR STUDENTS. I THINK THERE ARE 20+ COE'S WITH DIFFERNET DOMAINS.

What I didn’t like

MAY BE I DONT LIKE THEIR EXAM PATTERN.THEY WILL CONDUCT EXAMS WITHOUT PROPER PREPARATION. THAT IS NOT A BIG PROBLEM BUT ANYWAY SELF STUDY IS MUST.
BEING A DAY SCHOLAR I DONT LIKE THE COLLEGE TIMINGS 8AM-3PM.

Remarks:

There is no entrance exam but I chose this college for better placement. I joined in govt quota via tnea counselling using my 12th grade marks. No there is no interviews knid of things or any written tests.

Campus life in CIT

What I Liked

The college campus and its ability to pull various new comapies to give placements.
The infrastructure of the college is also well placed to meet the demands of the industries.

What I didn’t like

The mess food can be improved by the college to make it satisfactory.
The timing of the college can also be changed to make it easier.;

Remarks:

I had done some research using Youtube and various College admission consultants and got to know about their fast growing rate and ways of teaching technologies. I was also impressed by their various COEs that are placed in the college campus

Choose this college for placement and for entrepreneurship

What I Liked

I like about the friendly environment and the senior interactions are not restricted
Campus smaller than the people in the campus available and they are constructing other infrastructures.

What I didn’t like

The security in the campus is not proper and you should be careful with your belonging
The semester will end very soon within 3 months and 1 month is for exams and the other two months for internships and projects and we can do research they are more pressure to handle in a semester

Remarks:

Placement is the main reason for choosing the college. And if you are interested in entrepreneurship they support. And it will help you a lot . During the addmission process you must atleast score 60% in any board.

THE CHENNAI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, WHY IS CSE BETTER OPTED.

What I Liked

I can see plenty of vending machines, so it is useful to use it when tired.
The college canteen foods bangs for real. As I'm from a veg school, eating non veg is lovely.

What I didn’t like

As I said earlier, campus size is small. But they are constructing a new block, so hopefully it will work
The classrooms have metal chair connected tables, which is pretty uncomfortable for me, as I'm tall it squishes my leg.

Remarks:

I have heard this college from my friends, because they went there to write jee mains, and got interested on the advantages and its industrial connections. One of the bad aspect I have seen is the campus size. It is smaller compared to other famous engineering colleges. You can get admission in this college by either government Quota, through counselling, where you need to have cutoff above 180 out of 200.
