NEC Erode offers admission to B.E/B. Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MBA, and MCA courses under the undergraduate and postgraduate domain. NEC Erode admission is strictly based on merit or scores secured in TNEA and TANCET exams.

  • B.E / BTech Admission is done on the basis of merit and scores secured in TNEA Counselling conducted by Anna University. The basic eligibility for the B.E/ B.Tech program is 50% marks in 10+2 level exams with physics, chemistry, and maths as compulsory subjects.
  • For admission to the B.Tech Lateral entry course, candidates must hold a Diploma/ B.Sc degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute with an aggregate of at least 50% marks. Lateral Entry admission to B.tech program is also conducted through TNEA Score.
  • Admission to the M.E program is based on valid GATE / TANCET scores. To be eligible for admission Candidates who hold a B.E / B.Tech degree are eligible for admission to M.E
  • MBA Admission depends on valid TANCET scores. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible for admission. However, candidates willing to apply for admission to MCA must have studied Mathematics either in 10th, 12th or in the bachelor's degree.
