Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, founded in 1983, is deemed one of the finest private engineering and technology colleges. It is situated in Navi Mumbai and is a part of the Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyanagari Campus. RAIT is a member of the Ramrao Adik Education Society and is often referred to as the prodigy branch. RAIT Admission

RAIT suggests starting to apply as early as possible since the number of seats is limited. The application window usually opens in January every year. Forms for admission in 2022 are currently open.

How to apply?

  • The student has to open the official website of RAIT and then go to the admission section.
  • After selecting the course they wish to apply for, the form for the respective course will open. The student will have to fill out all the required information and then pay the registration fees. The application fee for undergraduate programs is INR 1550, for postgraduate it is INR 2150, and the fee for PhD forms is INR 3150.
  • After submitting the application, the student will receive a confirmation email through which they will be able to check the status of their application.
  • If the application is accepted, the next step involves an interview, group discussion, or written test before final selection.

In 2021, more than 45 recruiters offered jobs to hundreds of students at RAIT. The Computer Engineering department saw the highest number of recruitments in that year. RAIT Scholarships

RAIT offers two types of scholarships, merit-based and international scholarships.

  • Merit-based: This scholarship is awarded based on the performance of the student and the financial status of the family. The authorities make the decision on who gets the scholarship and how much.
  • International Scholarship: This scholarship is given purely based on performance.
