Rait gives unpaid internship as experience but it also help to find paid internship in final year the unpaid is after 1 term diwali break you get some projects to work on in different domains. During Final year placement the company's offer Intership fir students Mostly MNCs except CISCO does only startup company like CARS24 ,SELECT.offers students 3 month internship they give assignment for students and give PPOs on the performance of individual. I say intership are not for everyone as the final year is lot hectic with major project and final semester but you should try and find intership which you like accordingly and try to go to industrial visit as RAIT also has industrial.visit its a great experience.
Eligibility criteria for placement is 60%in 10 12 and graduation it's company wise these criteria change some companies accept 1 active backlog while some don't if you have 60% in 10,12 and graduation you can apply for every company Main recruiter are TCS ,CAPGEMINI,COGNIZANT ,WIPRO JIO ,ORACLE, TATA COMMUNICATION, MORNINGSTAR,CISCO HIGHEST CISCO- 24 LPA Percentage of students I say is 100% but Mostly half of students opt for Masters MBA or government exams rest half gets placed
For general category students it's roughly 149500 but it has increased as the college has turned autonomous Roughly fees comes around 4,00,000 Depends on your course as well There also EBC scholarship as those individuals whose parents yearly income below 8 lakhs they get 50% scholarship
Rait fest HORIZON happens around March its a two day event with many singers DJ artist and day events. Library is spacious and has every book need for students it free of cost just have to make library card you can access 4 book at the most and have to renew every month late submission fees if not renewed. We also have sports fests to mainly EPL For cricket and CPL for Football it's IPL Style auction games in DY patil Stadium and many facilities for students such as dressing rooms etc and same for football but it's played on University ground not in stadium it fun event all and all also there are other sports like chess carrom Table tennis. Sports club ,IEEE ,ISTE,CSE for techfests and social wing for volunteering.
I personally was not in hostel but some of my friends were if you are coming from outside city not staying in Thane and Mumbai then you should opt for hostel ,good reviews about foods dorms and locality and infrastructure you can check the hostel or college website for application and additional details.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
