CSE, AI and Machine Learning, Data Sciences and VLSI Design are the technology-focused B.Tech options with the strongest placement demand. The VLSI Design course focuses on semiconductor and embedded-system work and is not commonly available at smaller engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

B.Tech Admission

APSCHE convener counselling allocates 70% of the B.Tech intake according to AP EAPCET rank. SRKIT fills the other 30% under Category B, and an AP EAPCET rank is not needed for these management quota seats.

  • For Category A, students must pass 10+2 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. They need at least 45% in aggregate, or 40% for SC and ST categories, along with a valid AP EAPCET score.
  • Category B applicants must complete 10+2 with PCM and secure at least 45% in aggregate. The minimum is 40% for reserved categories, and no AP EAPCET rank is required.
