Gudlavalleru Engineering College (GEC) is a private university established in 1998 by Late Vallurupalli Venkata Rama Seshadri, in Krisha, Andhra Pradesh. It is affiliated with JNTUK, Kakinada, and accredited by NAAC with a grade of ‘A’. It is approved by AICTE and UGC. It is sponsored by the AANM and VVRSR Educational Society. According to the GEC Ranking 2023, NIRF ranked it 101st out of 312 colleges in the overall category.

GEC Andhra Pradesh offers BTech as its flagship course. To be eligible for admission, candidates should secure at least 45% marks (40% in the case of reserved categories) in the 10+2 examination. The final selection will be based on the AP EAMCET or JEE Mains examination scores. The GEC cutoff for AP EAMCET 2024 for the general category BTech admission ranged from 27930 - 143569. The GEC course fee for BTech ranges from INR 2.6 lakhs to INR 2.86 lakhs.

GEC Placements 2024 concluded with 918 placements. Some of the recruiters were Accenture, Amazon, Amdocs, Capgemini, Cognizant, DMart, IBM, TCS, MindTree, etc.

GEC Alumni Association sponsors a scholarship to assist economically weaker students. It provides a financial grant of INR 1,000 to one student from each branch each year. To be eligible for this scholarship, candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate without any backlogs. In addition to this, their parental annual income should be less than INR 50,000.
