What I Liked

I like the fact that gym almost cost 200 for a month which according to me is fairly cheap
All the previous year question papers are provided in the Google drive link

What I didn’t like

Bench are dirty and student have to clean it
Some topics which are obsolete are also taught

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria for sitting in the placement is having no backlogs Companies such as tcs and other service based companies visit campus for recruitment Highest package was around 5 lpa And lowest package was around 3 lpa Average package is around 4 lpa

Remarks:

College teaches almost no industry relevant skill students here do online courses to get skilled There isn't any interview for admission Students just have to clear cgpet exam I prepared for the exam by simply studying class 11 and 12th topics in pcm

What I Liked

College infrastructure is very good and good classroom
Faculty are very friendly and supportive

What I didn’t like

Some time washrooms are not cleaned and smelling very bad.
Some of the computer are very slow and AC are not working properly.

Placement Experience:

Placement rate are little bit low. Every year only 5 - 6 company comes for campus placements interview for mechanical branch in which only 1 or 2 companies are good enough to do job otherwise the package are very low

Remarks:

I got Admission through entrance exam called PET ( pre engineering test). I choosed this Because it is best college nearby my location with good environment. Before taking admission i personally research about this college.

My point of view

What I Liked

The college infrastructure is dam good Our college have great canteen, computer lab , auditorium, library.
Our college faculty is very supportive and helpful Nature

What I didn’t like

I dislike about the college is college placement system
And i also dislike about college is our campus are not safe any one can inter in campus without permission

Placement Experience:

In SSTC literally no company is coming college need to improve the placement now college not offered any campus placement. After completing our graduation we are doing Post graduation or many people are doing exam preperation for govt job and many applied for off campus placement

Remarks:

I choose this college because in bhilai SSTC is one of the best college. And provide all the facilities that we required Admission process is easy there is no exam for admission for normal graduation and the eligibility is 12 th pass to take admission

Honest review about SSTC/SSPU

What I Liked

Infrastructure is best, environment is too good
Faculties are good and helping, labs and classroom are premium

What I didn’t like

The college lift is in very bad condition, they don't repair it
They don't take us on college trip, other department go but our department don't.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria for placement is minimum 60% aggregate and you should have skills. Placement ratio is not too good, technical companies like tcs come to our college but they take only few students only

Remarks:

I choose this college because it is the best college for BCA, the admissions have been done on basis of merits, the more marks you will get in your 12th boards, the chance of selection will increase. I have seen many reviews too.

What I Liked

Campus is full of greenery that's the only part I like .
Some faculty are pretty nice to everyone but some are rude ashell.

What I didn’t like

College campus is small as hell you can explore whole campus in just 15 mins
Faculty is not good they are strict ....

Placement Experience:

There are only few placements in college as much as I know . I'm not sure rn what I'm going to do after college, but most probably I'll opt mba after btech to secure a perfect job which will be comfortable for me.

Remarks:

I was preparing for jee but my parents and relatives suggested to prepare for cgpet aswell. When I cleared cgpet I goT selected in SSTC , many of my relatives Suggested that it's a good college , so I took admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The difficulty level was not that much higher and the benefits in this college is they have the best faculty members there staff is helpful in nature and they guide and show us towards better options always

Group discussions and advertisements and its placement criteria and the moth of discussion attracts me towards it for better opportunities i personally liked the college campus and my personal experience is good here

Ok ok college not so good to recommend anyone

What I Liked

Garden area made feel like nature touched
Faculty members were good and helping in nature

What I didn’t like

Less concerned about hygiene which made infrastructure look more bad
No extra curriculum activities like sports, swimming , art , music , drama etc must be present

Placement Experience:

Eligibility depends on the company’s requirements. No. of companies visit is very very less from 2023 . At our batch only 3 companies visited for core departments and rest were sales based companies making it difficult to find jobs

Remarks:

Near to my home. No written test or group discussions it just your 12th marks and they allow to take admission. Also provided some concession in fees . Need not to prepare for any interview its easily accessible

What I Liked

Two gates: One gate leads to the highway, and the other connects to the city, making the campus easily accessible from both directions. Convenient location: The campus is surrounded by essential services like a hospital, mall, cafes, and more, ensuring that students have everything they need nearby. In-campus shop: A stationery shop on campus provides easy access to supplies for students. Separate department blocks: Different blocks for each department create a well-organized and focused learning environment. In-campus gym: A gym within the campus helps students maintain physical fitness alongside their academic commitments. In-campus temple: The temple on campus provides a peaceful and spiritual space for students, offering a break from academic pressures.

What I didn’t like

No shedded parking: The lack of covered parking spaces makes it inconvenient for students and staff, especially during the rainy season or in the hot weather. Poor maintenance of ground: The maintenance of the ground is not up to the mark, which affects the overall appearance and usability of the campus. No separate parking for four-wheelers: There is no dedicated parking area for four-wheelers, leading to congestion and a lack of order in the parking spaces. Dogs on campus: The presence of stray dogs on campus can be an issue, especially for students who might feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering curriculum is well-structured, covering programming, data structures, AI, and cloud computing, balancing theory with practical learning. I chose this course for its industry relevance and my passion for coding and problem-solving. The faculty members are highly qualified, with many holding advanced degrees and extensive knowledge in their fields. They are approachable and supportive, simplifying complex topics effectively.

Remarks:

The college is located just beside highway making it easy to access , and all the entertaining places like mall , pool , cafe , shopping district, are at a walking distance. The campus provides a good for value canteen , stationary shop , juice center inside the campus only . There is no need for an interview for addmission in this college , addmissions are based on your 12th marks , JEE percentile, cgpet rank , ore any other applicable exam . There is also option for direct application in the college. Overall the college provides all the basic needs for a student. But the exam conducting process is a bit complicated so student may face some difficulty.

Inside SSTC a student life and academic sessions

What I Liked

Classroom are clean and overall College campus is also very big labs are also clean and well maintained and every time safety measures are taken while having any practical sessions college ground is also good for playing
Faculty members of our college are very cooperative and kind. They are always ready to help, not only with academic studies but also for the event and project students also like to take opinion from them because they are best in their work

What I didn’t like

Overall College is good but the academic pressure is very high every semester we have to complete 70 percentage of attendance and have to compete on 3 exams every semester and assignment for every subject
Campus life is overall good but there is soo much rush in people because of less time for everything students don't get time to properly interact with each other so does our social interaction fail also students are unable to balance it's academic works

Placement Experience:

Around 66 students from our batch were placed. The highest salary package offered in our course was 8 lpa and the lowest was 5 lpa which is also decent every year companies are coming to take students last year TCS and accenture

Remarks:

This College is good for middle class family and very affordable for middle class family. Admission process is very easy either u can get admission having jee u just have to be eligible for admission.the criteria of the college and no extra fees is been taken.

What I Liked

Meeting new people from different backgrounds, forming close friendships, joining clubs and organizations.
Participating in events, sports, and extracurricular activities.

What I didn’t like

Feeling stressed about grades and competition with peers.
Dealing with inconsistent class times and scheduling conflicts.

Placement Experience:

There are good placements in this college. Many top-class companies select students from this college. Top companies which visit here are TCS, Wipro, etc. Roles offered are web designers.The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready to join in the industry.

Remarks:

This college is very affordable for me . Means very good for middle class family whose family income are not so High. There is very easy process for admission process. Those who give cgpet and jee mains exam are given who are able to take admission in my college.
