In SSTC literally no company is coming college need to improve the placement now college not offered any campus placement. After completing our graduation we are doing Post graduation or many people are doing exam preperation for govt job and many applied for off campus placement

Eligibility depends on the company’s requirements. No. of companies visit is very very less from 2023 . At our batch only 3 companies visited for core departments and rest were sales based companies making it difficult to find jobs

According to the college, the placements are quite impressive, with an average package of 5.76 LPA. In 2023, Amazon offered the highest package of 33 LPA, though the highest package bagged was 9 LPA. This indicates ample opportunities for those with the right skills. Last year, 880 students secured placements. Some recruiting companies include TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and occasionally Amazon. Additionally, some students opt to prepare for the GATE exam. To be eligible for higher packages, students need no backlogs throughout their academic years and must maintain an average GPA of at least 7.5. This ensures that only the most consistent and high-performing students are considered for top-tier offers, typically from renowned companies with rigorous selection processes.

Some companies have eligibility criteria of 60% throughout academics with no active backlogs. And most of them don't have any criteria. There are lots of placement opportunities for technical and non technical students. I myself got placed in two companies. First one is non technical i.e extramarks and other one is MNC i.e Capgemini. If u don't placed in any company then try to upskill your knowledge and try reaching out to startup companies or apply to companies as many as you can. Or go for higher studies if you're interested in any field to pursue. Around 600 students got placed during my placements.

Placement rate are little bit low. Every year only 5 - 6 company comes for campus placements interview for mechanical branch in which only 1 or 2 companies are good enough to do job otherwise the package are very low

There are only few placements in college as much as I know . I'm not sure rn what I'm going to do after college, but most probably I'll opt mba after btech to secure a perfect job which will be comfortable for me.

Around 66 students from our batch were placed. The highest salary package offered in our course was 8 lpa and the lowest was 5 lpa which is also decent every year companies are coming to take students last year TCS and accenture
