Likes
- The college infrastructure is dam good Our college have great canteen, computer lab , auditorium, library.
- Our college faculty is very supportive and helpful Nature
Dislikes
- I dislike about the college is college placement system
- And i also dislike about college is our campus are not safe any one can inter in campus without permission
Remarks :
I choose this college because in bhilai SSTC is one of the best college. And provide all the facilities that we required Admission process is easy there is no exam for admission for normal graduation and the eligibility is 12 th pass to take admission
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because i want to enter in IT sector and now computer courses are in demand so Qualification of faculty is PHD and all the faculty are have higher education degree Teaching method is normal i think college need to improve the teaching method to adding digital class. In one we hai 3 class test and after one month we have semester exam we have time to prepare for exam it Little bite difficult
Internships Opportunities :
Now we are not offered any internship in college but if we want to do then we have to applied themselves for internship and the role we offered is intern in any company In last semester college offered students to make a major project themselves
Placement Experience :
In SSTC literally no company is coming college need to improve the placement now college not offered any campus placement. After completing our graduation we are doing Post graduation or many people are doing exam preperation for govt job and many applied for off campus placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly college fees structure is 35000 is tution fees and caution fees is 5000 and our registration fees is 10000 and there is no lab fees and no compulsory charges are not there and there is no fee concession in any category instead of this people belong to BPL will get scholarship. Amount of Scholarship is the half of yearly fees
Campus Life :
We are attending a bootcamp 2025 in month of March Previous year we are attending SAMVID 2024 IN SSTC we have big and great library the name is THE CENTRAL LIBRARY we have book and journals College conduct annual sports day in campus and also inter College compitition and also conducting many dance and singing event Dance group and NSS student run by themselves
Hostel Facilities :
College hostel are quite expensive and the hostel mess are normal not providing the High quality food and the college hostel infrastructure is great and we can directly apply for hostel room in students section in Bhilai every home is pg there is a lot of pg in smriti nagar

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
