IFMR GSB offers the MBA at the postgraduate level as a full-time 2 Years programme. The course is treated as one of the key programmes of the school and includes placement and internship support. Students filling the online form have to pay an application fee of INR 1,500.

IFMR GSB Integrated (BBA+MBA) Eligibility Criteria

• Students must pass 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board in any stream with 60% marks. They must also have at least 60% marks in the 10^th board exam.
• For 10+2 marks, the school considers 3 subjects other than English. For 10^th marks, Maths, English and three other non-overlapping subjects are considered.
• Students who do not have 60% marks in Maths in either board exam can apply through SAT. Their SAT Maths score must be above 600.

IFMR GSB Integrated (BBA+MBA) Selection Criteria

• Integrated (BBA+MBA) admission at IFMR GSB is based on SAT/IPMAT/Krea Aptitude Test.
• Students who meet the required cutoff rank in SAT/IPMAT/Krea Aptitude Test must also clear a Personal Interview for admission through the online admission process.
• In SAT, students need a minimum overall score of 1300 and at least 600 in Math.
• IIT JEE Main scores are also considered.
• For students taking the Krea Aptitude Test, a minimum of 15 marks is needed in the Problem Solving section, Critical Thinking section and Numerical Reasoning section.

IFMR Ph.D Admission 2026

IFMR offers full-time residential Ph.D and part-time Ph.D programmes in different specialisations. For admission to these doctoral courses, students must have a relevant Master's degree in the chosen field or specialisation.

IFMR Ph.D Eligibility Criteria

• For full-time Ph.D admission, students need a relevant Master's degree with 55% aggregate marks, or a five-year integrated Master's degree/Dual degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline with 55% marks in the qualifying exams. Professional qualifications such as ACA/FAC/AICWAI/ACSI from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India are also accepted.

• Full-time Ph.D applicants must have valid scores in standardised tests such as CAT, CMAT, GATE, GMAT, GRE, NET JRF, NMAT or XAT, or they must pass an entrance test.
• Part-time applicants must have an MBA degree with 55% aggregate marks. They also need 5 years of work experience after MBA.
