The course curriculum is well structured and covers all aspects of the program. The faculty have good teaching as well as industry experience which gives a deep perspective related to the domain. The exam have good difficulty level and are conducted 3 times a academic year

I chose this course because PDGM core is the flagship course of IMT Ghaziabad and it helps you to select electives later and change streams. Other courses are PGDM - marketing, finance, HR, Ops, BFSI and DCP There are world-class faculties, and the Teaching aspect of the institute is great. Proper learning curve. We have visiting faculties, In-house faculties as well as guest lectures from Industry and Academic leaders at regular intervals. The teaching method is classroom learning through discussions and case studies from Harvard Business School, IIM Ahmedabad etc. Live projects, practical lab experiences, and proper tech facilities along with summer internship. The classes are 1.5 hours each with 80% attendance criteria There is a trimester system. So 6 semesters. Exams are conducted thrice a year at the end of every semester(Moderate). End term is of 40 marks. other than that marks are distributed through Quizzes Class participation Presentations and Projects

Almost all of the faculties are PHDS , learned professors and industry veterans with a lot of corporate experience and a huge network within the industry . The teaching method is all practical with frequent workshops and simulations , case discussions , a whole lot of assignments and presentations , the exams are relatively easy to get by what matters most is the 60% weightage which includes class participation , group presentations , group projects , etc

The curriculum followed is AACSB accredited. Therefore there are a few established rules like 10 marks in each subject allocated to AOL - Assurance of Learning. The end term happens for 100 marks but it is converted to 40 marks. Rest 60 is an internal assessment that includes quizzes, assignments, and projects. There is a female scholarship for all girls of 25%. And merit-based scholarship of 1 lakh.

First 1 year is harder than 2nd year. 1st year has all subjects ranging from finance marketing operations and Humar resources. The visiting faculty are renowned. One was a retired MD of J&J. Some visiting faculty come on weekends as they are working during the week. Attendance is stressed upon. The projects are very good and practical in nature. There are 6 terms (3 in each year ) . Exams are application based hence need not study a lot but focus in class in essential to pass in the exam. Fees hasn't been hiked for girls. Infact they have a girls scholarship which has increased from 5% to 20%. Faculty is extremely supportive especially in Marketing department. Exams are held after every term. Exams carry 40% weightage. The rest sixty percent is for internal grades. These include class participation, projects , assignments, class activities, attendance. Classes can go on till 9 pm and they start at 9 am . The top 2 rank holders of each program get upto 1 lakh cash money.

The faculty is very nice, humble, and educated. The course is very well diversified. There is a scholarship for the top 1% students. Also, there is a student exchange program for Core Students and not for BFS Students.
