SIBM Pune offers MBA as its flagship course:

For admission to MBA program candidates must have completed graduation with minimum 50% marks.
Selection for MBA is based on marks obtained in SNAP followed by Group Exercise and PI.

SIBM Pune also offers GPERM (Global Programme in Enterprise Risk Management) program. It is a 12-month, on-campus, residential postgraduate-level program offered in collaboration with the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), UK.

Candidates can apply online through the official website by paying an application fee of INR 1,000 along with the SNAP exam registration fee of INR 2,250.

SNAP

SIBM Pune admission process is conducted in two steps:

Step 1: SNAP Test

Every student who wants admission to SIBM Pune must appear for the SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude) Test.
SNAP is a common entrance exam for admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes.
To apply for SNAP, visit www.snaptest.org and complete the registration.
At the same time, you must separately apply to SIBM Pune by paying an additional INR 1000 + GST.
Keep your SNAP Admit Card safely, as it will be required for the next stage.
Appearing for SNAP does not guarantee shortlisting for the next round.

Step 2: Selection Process at SIBM Pune

Candidates are shortlisted based on SNAP scores.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed through a link on the SIBM Pune website.
No individual rejection emails will be sent to candidates who are not shortlisted.
The entire selection process is conducted online.
This stage includes:
- Group Exercise (GE)
- Personal Interview (PI)

Final Selection Weightage:

SNAP: 50%
GE: 10%
PI: 30%
WAT: 10%

SIBM Pune offers scholarships for their students. Students can avail following scholarships during their academic years. The scholarships for UG and PG are mentioned below.

Ques. Can I take the SNAP exam more than once for SIBM Pune?

Ans. Yes, SIBM Pune allows you to take up to three attempts for the SNAP 2026 exam.

Best Score: Only your highest score among all attempts will be considered for the SIBM Pune 2026 shortlist.
No Normalization: There is no "balancing" between different exam dates; they simply take your best performance.

Ques. What is the Written Ability Test at SIBM Pune?

Ans. Apart from the interview, SIBM Pune often includes a WAT in its second round.

The Task: Candidates are usually given a topic (current affairs or philosophical) or shown a short video and asked to write a brief essay or summary.
