B V Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT), Hyderabad, was established in 1997 by Late Padmabhushan Dr. B V Raju under the aegis of Sri Vishnu Educational Society. It was granted the autonomous status by the UGC in 2014. BVRIT is also approved by the AICTE and the Government of Telangana State and is affiliated with JNTU, Hyderabad. Some courses at BVRIT are accredited by the NBA. It is also graded ‘A+’ by NAAC. BVRIT Ranking by The Week is 93rd out of 245 engineering colleges for the year 2024.

BVRIT offers BTech as its flagship course. To be eligible for admission, candidates must score at least 60% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects. The final selection will be based on the TS EAMCET exam score. BVRIT cutoff for TS EAMCET 2024 for General Category BTech admission ranges from 8176 - 106329. BVRIT Hyderabad's fee structure for BTech is INR 5.46 lakhs.

BVRIT Placements 2024 concluded with 670 students getting placed. The highest package offered was INR 52 LPA by Microsoft and the second highest package was recorded at INR 21 LPA offered by BharatPe. Some of the recruiters were Providence, Optimum1, TejasNetworks, RealPage, TCS, Infosys, Hyundai, TVS, Bosch, etc.
