Intership is compulsory in 2 nd year 3 or 4 semester is based on intership you have to give interview in hotel if you are selected you have to do internship of 4 months in the hotel in different areas . It is very exciting experience which you will get.

I got internship at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport at 1500 stipend in which I cleaned rooms and bathrooms of hotel served food to guest as waiter helping guest check in and check out carrying their belongings nearly 30-40 kgs on trolley and also 20-30 rounds in a day no food provided by hotel to us no accommodation provided to us and even we were made to do over shifts daily to 18 hours.

In the internship we have to work like a employee as my experience it was really very good and memorable as i have learned many new things during that period of time i have completed my internship in jaipur marriott hotel

As of internship, I've personally joined the ITC Mauriya, New Delhi for the IET. I got the exposure of the industry. It was a good experience. There are many more good brand that gives the opportunity of IET placement. Hotels like Taj , Oberoi, JW Marriot, Pullman Novotel, Shangri-La, Roseate and so on.

There was no eligibility criteria for sitting in placements. A few recruiters were The Oberoi's, Starbucks, The Taj group of hotels, Reliance retail. The highest package was 75000 per month and the average salary was 20000 per month. Around 75 percentage of students are placed.
