Remarks :
IHM DEHRADUN comes under the central government college. It comes under Top 7 colleges of IHM . It is located in the valley of Dehradun which gives us a beautiful scenic view from hostel and college with mussoorie best view on the top of the hill. If you want to get admission in this you have to qualify NCHMCT JEE PAPER and your rank shoul be in between 1 to 10k.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course and curriculum is very easy this course taught us basically how to live your life in a proper healthy way . Faculty is very understanding and helping they will teach you everything and guide you in a way which will make you a better person in future.
Internships Opportunities :
Intership is compulsory in 2 nd year 3 or 4 semester is based on intership you have to give interview in hotel if you are selected you have to do internship of 4 months in the hotel in different areas . It is very exciting experience which you will get.
Placement Experience :
Placements and job opportunities are good in this college many five star hotel chains came for the interview placement. I also got a job in front office in hotel Hyatt regency Delhi. If you want to do job in corporate some corporate companies also came for the interview like Praxis , marriot etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees will submitted per semester Around 40k to 60k. No scholarship for other states students. Hostel fees is excluded. Any cultural event happen we have to pay particular fees for that. We have to pay IGNOU exam fees other than the semester exam fees.
Campus Life :
Every year in January college organizes a sports weak in this weak you will be allotted a different house so you can participate in every sports activities. The best part is in this week you will get full attendance and no classes ????. Books are provided in the library so you can learn anything whatever you want to. Every year in different months other activities are also done so you can't get bored while you are in the college.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel environment is very good and the fool quality is okay. If you want to get a hostel at the time of counseling you have to fill a form for room allotments three types of room are available in this hostel. 1- single 2- triple sharing 3- dormitory First year is compulsory to stay in a hostel after that you can choose you want to be there or not. Near by best locality is nimbuwala where you can get a pg or rented room according to your need.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
