We need to apply for AEEE exam which conducted 2 times in a year to join Amrita University or we can apply respective board result and JEE main result. I decided to join in cybersecurity branch so i decided to join in Amrita University. There is no interview required to join for b.tech. for M.tech admission interview required .

There are 2 ways to get into this college.One is Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) and another one is through JEE percentile. I'm not sure about cutoff but jee percentile should be more than 90 to get into ece and cse.

ADMISSION TO B.TECH PROGRAM : based on the rank scored in: 1. Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering (AEEE) 2024 (OR) 2. JEE Mains 2024 CRL Rank If JEE Mains is conducted multiple times, all the scores released prior to the Amrita B.Tech. Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) will be looked into and the best result considered.

The national institutional ranking framework (NIRF) was high for this college and I had received the highest scholarship possible, that is slab 1 and my tuition fees was only 150000, so I chose this college.

I chose this college as, at that time, it was a cheap bargain for me in terms of fees. And as engineering wasn't my interest, I enrolled whatever I got first. I had only given the AEEE exam, which is conducted by Amrita itself, and it uploads more weightage than JEE for enrollment. After thatit was just the batch and campus preferances to be filled and I was alloted the branch and campus with the Fee slab. I could have opted for better campus .i.e Coimbatore. But would have lost the scholarship. No cuttof was released for me only my rank was published. No interview or anything was conducted for our batch.

the primary reason for choosing amrita was the placement statistics and the extra cirricular clubs such as bi0s and amfoss;. the campus is beautiful situated near the ocean and the environment is really good the only negative aspect is the vibe is more of a non strict school than a college maybe due to the uniforms and strict timetable the admission can be based on either ur jee score or amrita's own entrance exam the cutoff depends on the campus chosen and whether ur instate on out of state

The main factor is its ranking and good alumini For the admission I wrote Amrita test which is conducted by Amrita University if you score well in that exam you will eligible for scholarship and you can apply for your branch the cut off criteria would be 3000 for slab 2 1000-1900 and slab 1 under 1000

There are many good aspects of my college such as we have a good student clubs such as amfoss, bios, acm etc. we also have good placements opportunities, and we have a CIR placement department where they concentrate on our coding skills, soft skills, verbal skills and aptitude skills for the placement training also they conduct the mock interviews and train us for the placements.
