LMTSM Chandigarh is a private management institute which was established in 2007. It is AICTE approved and a member of AACSB. The college is affiliated with Thapar University, Patiala and it holds an NAAC A++ accreditation. The college ranked 46th in the NIRF B-School Rankings.

LMTSM offers an MBA as its flagship course. The fee for an MBA is INR 15 lakhs. The eligible candidates must have bachelor’s degree​ in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized university/institute. LMTSM also offers Ph.D Executive program. The fee for Ph.D Executive is INR 8.82 lakhs. The eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a Post-graduate Degree / CA / CS / ICWA / CFA with minimum 55% marks or BE/ B.Tech Degree with minimum 80% marks. The selection criteria is based on scores obtained in NET/ JRF/ or Research Aptitude Test (RAT) and Written Ability Test (WAT) conducted by the Institute.

LMTSM offers placement opportunities for its students. The institute has a strong placement record with 80+ corporate recruiters. The recent placement drive got the highest CTC of INR 24.81 LPA and an average CTC of INR 8.17 LPA.
