TIET Patiala BTech/BE Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025 with at least 60% marks in aggregate of three subjects: Physics, Mathematics, and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, and Technical Vocational subject.
  • Candidates should have appeared in JEE Main-2025.
  • Admission will be based on marks obtained in the 10+2 examination JEE Main Score.
  • For some specializations TIET entrance examination will be conducted, candidates who have not appeared in the JEE Main 2025 can appear for the entrance test conducted by TIET Patiala in December 2025 tentatively.

TIET Patiala BTech/BE Admission Key Points

  • The counselling schedule will be announced on the TIET Patiala website once the JEE Main2025/10+2 results are declared.
  • To be eligible for a particular round of counselling, a candidate must have applied three days before the start of that particular counselling round.
  • The application fee can be submitted online or through Demand Draft.

  • Higher Secondary Certificate showing Date of Birth

  • Affidavit in case of discontinuity of studies
  • Notarised Affidavit on any amount stamp paper of Anti-Ragging by student and parents
