no i haven’t opted i m in second year but i have contacts , internships is not so much stressful like other colleges professors are very chill … we have posting in our second year so we have to visit wards and i have seen interns they are very helpful

Internship is compulsory after 4.5 year with monthly stipend you can also work as a pg resident by pursuing a pg courses As of now super speciality courses are not started yet but you can also opt for some hospital like nanavati kokilaben etc for practice

After completing 4.5 years of the course duration, an internship is compulsory, which is to be done in the attached hospital of the college. This is mandatory for all medical students as a bond is signed at the time of admission to the medical college.

In the internship year, we have to do an internship of 365 days. We also get a stipend of Rs 18000 per month. In an internship, the intern is posted in different departments for a period of 15 to 30 days and learns and helps other senior doctors of the departments.
