My beautiful college

What I Liked

My college faculty is very good and helpful which I actually like the most.
The second thing that I liked is that there is so much greenery around and in the campus

What I didn’t like

I don't like the campus life very much..
The college is far away from the town...

Placement Experience:

For placement,we have to pass all the univercity exams in the upcoming years of our course.our college provides around 300000 Indian rupees after internship.almost 100 percent students get placed in my college

Remarks:

I chose this college because the infrastructure of this college in very good.We also discuss so many topics in groups.Even our college provides us group discussion classes which are very very helpful for us

Tezpur medical College and hospital

What I Liked

The campus is surrounded by nature which is a great sight to see.
The faculty are experienced with an average experience of 8 years.

What I didn’t like

The number of lab equipment par person are not enough.
Campus Life is not much of enjoying as we lack even a proper auditorium.

Placement Experience:

Well after passing the final year exam we are offered internship in our college hospital. But to be eligible one had to pass the final academic exam. As for the payment, it is 37000 per month for the 11 month of internship.

Remarks:

Since the cut off was very high in my state so I had to opt for this college. Though the college is good it is really far away from my house which is at a distance of more than 25000 kms which is a great disadvantage for me.

My Tezpur Medical College.

What I Liked

The faculty are experienced with an average experience of 5 years.
The campus is surrounded by nature which feels refreshing.

What I didn’t like

The number of lab equipment per person are not enough.
Campus life is not much of enjoying . As we lack even a proper auditorium.

Placement Experience:

Well after passing the final year exam we are offered internship in our college hospital. But to be eligible one had to pass the final academic exam. As for the pay , it is 37000 per month for the 11 month of internship. Almost 99.9% students qualify for the internship.

Remarks:

Since the cutoff was very high and in my state I did not get any reservation I had to choose this college . Though the college is kind of good but considering the distance between my house and here is more than 2700km which comes of a demerit to me.

My View On Tezpur Medical College

What I Liked

The campus is good. It's completely greenery here. It's calm and pleasing
The faculties and good and educated. and Hospital is also good

What I didn’t like

there is no canteen for the students within the campus
not much extra curriculum activities and sports for entertainment purpose of students

Placement Experience:

Since I'm pursing MBBS therefore after 4 years the college provides 1 year of internship and later we work in government hospitals which pays you then we write the NEET pg paper for further higher studies

I got admitted the college after writing the NEET Examination After cracking the examination the students sit for online counseling and get the college they opted I choosed this college during counseling because this is one of the prestigious Medical college in Assam with good results

UNI LIFE IN TMCH

What I Liked

Teachers are good and helpful also there is attention to the safety of students

What I didn’t like

Campus is small and no canteen for students
Not much functions held and very little extracurricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I love studying medicine and the glory and respect a doctor's position holds always fascinated me The teachers are well qualified including pgs and md completed people and the teaching is very good and understandable Exams are taken timely and difficulty level is average

Remarks:

The good aspects are that the infrastructure is good and the teaching methods are also understandable Bad aspects are that there are not much functions held and no investment in extracuricullar activities. We are not even provided with an auditorium Admission occurs by councelling held by the mcc and college are allotted according to the air the student secured in NEET Cut off varies for aiq state and other categories students. Me being general and aiq required a rank of 22k to get in this college is These rounds required filling of my desired colleges serial wise and then then whatever was available according to my priority was given to me

A good doctor to be

What I Liked

The college environment is full of greenery and peaceful which leads the students to study in a more peaceful environment
The faculties of Tezpur medical college are very nice and concerned about each and every student of getting proper knowledge.

What I didn’t like

The food of the girls hostel mess is not so good .The faculties should be concerned regarding providing of healthy and hygienic food to the students.
The college campus is very small .If we want to go for a campus tour ,it gets completed within a few minutes

Placement Experience:

Tezpur Meric College provides a one-year internship to all the students after they complete 4years of learning the MBBS course. The internship provides practical training in all aspects from obstetrics and gynaecology to ophthalmology to surgery to medicine etc.

Remarks:

I took the NEET examination in 2023, based on the exam results and my score, I got selected for Tezpur Medical College and Hospital. NEET examination is a national competitive exam and based on its result, people can opt for the MBBS course.

A good doctor to be on the way

What I Liked

Tezpur medical College and hospital has a very greenery and peaceful environment. It provides awareness regarding cleanliness and maintenance of a peaceful environment.
The faculties and staff of Tezpur medical College and hospital are very concerned regarding each and every student if is getting proper knowledge and developing practical skills.

What I didn’t like

The food of the hostel mess is not very good .So, the concerned authorities should take action regarding providing of food and hygienic food.
The Tezpur medical college campus is very small. If we want to get a college tour , it gets finished in within a few minutes.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides internships for 1 year. The internship includes treating patients in all the fields from obstetrics and gynaecology to psychiatry to medicine to surgery to ophthalmology. It helps us practice more and build our practical skills and knowledge.

Remarks:

I took the competitive NEET examination 2023 and based on the result of the exam and its marks, I got selected to enroll in the course of MBBS in Tezpur Medical College and Hospital. NEET examination is a national exam and it is conducted all over India.

A Typical GMC

What I Liked

The only thing to like in my college is labs which is highly maintained.
College library is also good and all necessary book available.

What I didn’t like

Campus is very small and food facilities is not good.
The area in which my college is at periphery.

Placement Experience:

Since it's a medical course not at all a guarantee of placement exists. After completing the graduation will have to opt for masters .There is chances of earning during internship and while doing PG. There is a great probability of good life after couse.

Remarks:

My college is very sincere and strict. There is not much co-curricular activity. The professors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Campus life is not great but average. Overall having a nice experience with the enthusiasm to pursue the dream of life at MBBS.
