Need a good patience level to become a doctor

What I Liked

College library is very good, also the clinical exposure is good enough
PG hostel is not less than 3 star hotel.

What I didn’t like

Boys' hostel is not in the campus and it's almost 10 km away
Mess facilities are not available so less availablity of hygienic food

Placement Experience:

Internship are being provided in the College affiliated hospital itself, 100 % PLACEMENT Package depends on where you prefer to practice. Base 1 lac / month is available anytime. Individual can start private practice as per his convenience

Remarks:

NEET exam has to be given. Admission is on the basis of Neet score and rank. Online counselling occurrs.. upload the list of desired college on the portal. If you're eligible and cut off is under limit. You can get admission

All about RGMC

What I Liked

College has good transportation facilities available. Located on thane Belapur road so good bus frequency Auto stand nearby Kalwa station on walking distance
Every student is assigned a mentor who guides students about studies, personal development and help them out to find solution to various problems and counsel them .
Big terrace open for students where they can sit with friends and have fun

What I didn’t like

Small campus so no place to chill in the campus Cannot organise big event bcz of volume limitation bcz of hospital
No canteen available in the campus Students have to eat from canteen nearby main entrance which gets very crowded during break time
No good places or cafes to hang out near campus . So cannot spend much time with friends sipping tea.

Placement Experience:

Compulsory internship for each student to get the degree 12 months internship mandatory in the same college U get 18000 stipend per month Every department duty compulsory Get good chance to develop ur skills bcz of good pateint flow

Remarks:

Admission is through NEET Examination. U need to have a good score to get into this college bcz it is government college. On basis of cutoff it is ranked 7-8 among all government colleges of Maharashtra. I choose this college bcz i wanted mumbai College . No interview or special exam needed Just keep all the required documents ready.

Insights of RGMC

What I Liked

Faculties are quite helpful and especially practicals are taught with personal attention.
College fest and sports events are quite good.

What I didn’t like

College campus is too small with poor infrastructure.
There is no canteen available in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The total capacity is 100 due to which students get personal attention from faculties which helps them in their studies. ICMR projects are done by students under the guidance of professors of different departments. Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj scholarship is given to students whose parents' total income is less than 8 lacs per annum.

Remarks:

Currently, I am pursuing an MBBS from this college which is located in Thane and I got admission by qualifying NEET UG exam. Faculties are very supportive in terms of academics and are always ready to help students with non-academic problems as well. The hostel is quite good but it is far away from the college. The college campus is too small and there is no canteen available. Various events are organised like Abhiyaan, Zenith, and Abhivyakti. Sports events are quite good in which everyone participates and an award ceremony is also done.
