2 year bond is signed for services after MBBS in government institutions in which salary is given in the basis of where you have been placed. Placement can be in district hospital or in PHC or CHC or in rural sites.
According to my rank several colleges in uttar pradesh were available for me but I chose this over other because I hospital attached to this college is very old and has a very good patient load for better exposure and good clinical practice. Campus has new infrastructure and equipment with well build building and hostel.

I got into this college through the counsel process after the NEET exam. For admission to medical College, you have to write a national exam called NEET which is the National E cum entrance test. In my time the cut-off for the general category was around 11-14k in terms of rank. I got a 12546 all India rank. I prepared for the exam through a renowned institute called Aakash In known for its medical Entrance tests. The admission process consists of counselling, document verification and then admission at the designated college allotted to you according to your rank and preferences.

And when it comes to job opportunities there is a bond of 2 years by UP government for government college students to serve for a minimum of 2 years and will be paid a good salary varying from 70k to even 95k per month depending on the location you chose.
Factors that led me to choose this college were first of all my rank in the NEET exam which you have to take to enter a medical college. So I got 12821 ALL INDIA RANK and I belong to UP so this college along with a few others was my option as it is a government college with very little fee. The 2nd factor was the location of the college as it is very well connected by road and railways to major cities in UP as well as Delhi Rajasthan, Mp, etc. And the last factor was the patient load in the hospital is huge which gives the upper hand for clinical practice in the hospital and the exposure you get here with this rank is the best in the state.

First factor that made me to choose Asmc fzb is my neet rank , ie , 12k , this is best college which I can get . Second factor is location of college, it is very well connected to all the cities of UP and other states also .
