I chose this college because fees is very low in west bengal compared to other states. Overall college is good but it is located outside the raiganj city and the road connecting to city is not yet constructed, so it makes difficult for students to go to hospital specially during rainy season. Exam for getting into mbbs is neet ug exam. Cutoff for rajganj government medical college this year is 656 marks out of 720 for all India students.

Firstly, my rank was the primary reason why I chose this college. According to my rank, this was the best possible college i could have opted for. Now, the college is really good in terms of academics and culture. However, the only drawback, I've faced coming from a metropolitan city is it's extreme rural location. Otherwise the college is exceptional.

Our college has a student friendly environment, far from the city with enriched greenery , we get privilege to enjoy academic fest scientifesta and cultural fest Fraigma , both of which are observed with pomp and grandeur. Faculties are awesome and all of them are eminent professors of India. That's why I chose the college as my first choice.
