The ATMA 2025 counselling process, organized by the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA), will take place at designated centres across India. During the application process, candidates can select their preferred counselling centres after the announcement of the results.
It’s important to note that there is no centralized counselling for ATMA 2025. Instead, each participating institute conducts its admission process based on ATMA scores. This decentralized approach allows candidates greater flexibility in choosing institutes that align with their career aspirations.

Group Discussion
Candidates will be put into groups of seven to ten.
Each group will be given a subject to present their points of view on.
The moderator will assess the participants' interpersonal qualities as well as their communication abilities and subject-matter expertise.
Written Ability Test
In the Written Capability Exam, candidates will be required to compose an essay on the topic provided.
Candidates might be asked some arbitrary questions on any general subject.
In this round, their knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, expressiveness, etc. will be tested.
Personal Interview
Candidates will be contacted for a personal interview if they have passed the previously mentioned phases.
The questions will be based on the candidates' interests, information, and perspectives will be posed to them by a panel of judges.

After selection, candidates will need to provide several documents for verification. Below is the list of all the documents needed for ATMA counselling in 2025.
Certificates of completion for classes 10 & 12
Score reports from the final semester or year of an undergraduate degree program or provisional certificate

ATMA Counselling Procedure 2025
ATMA counselling round will have three steps, including a shortlist of candidates based on their scores to prepare the final merit list of candidates for admission to the programme. Seats will be allotted on the basis of the candidate’s rank and the required college cutoff.
Candidates for counselling will be shortlisted based on their scores in the ATMA exam 2025. They will have to choose 5 of the participating colleges while submitting the ATMA application form.
