ICSE Class 10 Registration 2027: School Entry, Subjects and Fees

ICSE Class 10 registration is completed by the school. Students do not fill a public ICSE application form. The 2027 regulations say that private candidates cannot appear, and examination entries are confirmed online by CISCE-affiliated schools.
Students and parents mainly need to check the name, date of birth, subjects and other details given to the school. CISCE has not published a public 2027 fee table for individual candidates.
ICSE 2027 Registration Status
The public CISCE website does not provide a student application form. Examination entries are handled through the school portal. A student should ask the school office whether the 2027 entry has been confirmed and whether any correction is pending.
Who Can Register for ICSE 2027?
The candidate must study at a CISCE-affiliated school and follow the Class IX and X course. The examination assumes ten years of school education. Private candidates are not permitted.
- The school enters the candidate for at least six subjects.
- Group I subjects are compulsory.
- The candidate must have studied the chosen Class X subjects in Class IX.

ICSE Subject Choice and Changes
A student cannot add a Class X subject that was not registered and studied in Class IX. The 2027 regulations also say that a subject cannot be changed after 15 September of the Class IX registration year.
Some combinations are not allowed. For example, Economics cannot be taken with Economic Applications, and Commercial Studies cannot be taken with Commercial Applications. The same modern foreign language cannot be repeated in different groups.
ICSE 2027 Registration Fee
CISCE says examination charges are announced separately and paid online by schools when entries are confirmed. The amount collected from a student may include school handling or other school charges, so the school receipt is the right place to check the breakup.
