National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national-level entrance examination conducted thrice a year by the Council of Architecture (CoA) to grant admission into undergraduate programs in Architecture (5-year B. Arch).

  • NATA 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted between March 01, 2025 to June, 2025 in online mode.
  • The last date for filling out the application form along with fee payment is not declared yet by the authorities, eligible candidates can apply for the same on the official website (https://www.nata.in/).
  • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their 10+2 examination along with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

NATA 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants willing to appear for NATA 2025 must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their 10+2 examination along with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Candidates who have completed a 10+3 diploma course with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics as a compulsory subject are also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates appearing for their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are also eligible to apply; however, their result is going to be declared valid after fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria.
  • Rounded-off marks are not considered for applying for this examination, for instance, a candidate scoring 49.9% in his/ her 10+2 examination cannot round off his/ her score to 50% for applying for this examination.
  • The lower age limit for NATA 2025 has been waived. However, candidates have to comply with the age constraint as per the respective Counselling/ Admission Authority.
  • For international/ NRI candidates, the eligibility criteria remain the same as applicable for candidates of Indian origin.

NATA 2025 Eligibility Criteria B.Arch courses

Qualifying NATA 2025 is not sufficient enough to be eligible for admission into B. Arch course, candidates have to comply with requirements as specified by respective counseling and Admission Authorities which are as follows:

  • Candidates qualifying in any recognized aptitude test in Architecture (NATA or equivalent) for the year 2025 are eligible for B.Arch admission.
  • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their 10+2 examination along with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

OR

  • Candidates who have completed a 10+3 diploma course with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics as a compulsory subject are also eligible to apply.
  • Relaxation as applicable for SC/ST/OBC or any other special category candidates would remain unchanged. However, such candidates can seek reservation schemes while applying for admission under various admission authorities.
