How to Check NATA 2023 Result?

CoA releases NATA 2023 Result on the official website in the form of a scorecard. Candidates can download their NATA Scorecard by following the steps given below:

• Visit the official website of NATA - www.nata.in
•  Click on the link for NATA 2023 Result.
• A new page will be opened, enter the login credentials like the Application Number, Password, and the security code displayed on the screen.
• On successful login, the NATA scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
• Candidates can download their scorecard and take a printout for future reference.

Details on NATA 2023 Scorecard

The NATA Scorecard is very important for further counselling and the admission process for the candidates. Candidates must make sure that all the details mentioned in the scorecard are correct. The NATA scorecard carries the following information:

• Name, Gender, and Date of Birth of the candidate.
• Candidate’s parent's names.
• Registration number and Roll number of the candidate.
• Category that the candidate belongs to.

NATA 2023 Tie-breaking Rule

CoA releases the NATA merit list, giving each candidate a ranking based on the marks obtained by the candidate. If any two candidates score the same marks then a tie-breaker rule is used to determine their ranking. The following points are taken into consideration one after the other until the tie is resolved:

• Preference is given to the candidate having more marks in Mathematics.
• If the tie persists, the candidate with fewer wrong answers in Mathematics will be given preference.
• If the tie persists, the candidate with more score in Aptitude will be given the preference.
• If the tie persists, preference is given to the candidate with fewer wrong answers in the Aptitude section.
• If the tie persists, preference is given to the candidate who is older in age.

NATA 2023 Counselling

There is no centralized NATA Counselling process. Candidates are required to separately apply in the counseling process of the institutes they wish to take admission. The NATA Counselling process of various institutes generally consists of the following phases:

• Candidates would be required to visit the official website of the respective college, apply, and pay the registration fees.
• The Institute will publish a merit list based on the NATA scores of all the candidates.
• Selected candidates have to report on the counseling date and have to undertake the document verification process before going for the admission formalities.
• Candidates should note that their admission will be valid only if they fulfill all the NATA eligibility criteria as mentioned in the official notification.
• In case of any discrepancy is found, their admission will be canceled.
