NATA 2023 Counselling dates will be notified by the CoA. It is expected to be held in the first week of August 2023.
- National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national-level entrance examination conducted thrice a year by the Council of Architecture (CoA) to grant admission into undergraduate programs in Architecture (5-year B. Arch).
- NATA 2023 Phase-III was conducted on 09 July 2023, in online mode.
- Once the results are declared, successful candidates will be called for the counseling process and finally admission is offered to the B. Arch course offered by various institutes.
- Though the Council of Architecture will conduct NATA 2023, it will not be responsible for the counseling process.

NATA 2023 Counseling Dates

NATA 2023 Eligibility Criteria for Counselling
Eligible candidates appearing for NATA 2023 have to qualify for NATA 2023 to be called for the counselling process. Though the minimum qualifying marks for appearing in NATA 2023 counseling may vary, based on previous years’ trend, the overall qualifying cut-off marks for NATA 2023 is tabulated below:

NATA 2023 Counseling process
Qualified candidates of NATA 223 should follow the given steps mentioned below to participate in the counseling process:
- Visit the official website of NATA (nata.nic.in).
- On the home page, click the ‘NATA Counseling’ link.
- To register, enter your name, application number, date of birth, and password.
- Make payment for the counseling through a credit card/debit card/net banking/E-challan.
- After successful registration, login into your account.
- Select the college and branch as per preference and lock the same.
- Once locked, candidates are not allowed to change the college and branch.
- Candidates are advised to lock their choice well in advance before the deadline.
- Seat allocation will be given based on NATA 2023 score, vacancies, and the choice given by the candidate.
- Candidates have to pay the requisite fee to confirm their seats.
- The appropriate authority will check all relevant documents and issue a provisional admission letter after completing the NATA 2023 Counselling process.
- Once the seat is allotted, the candidate has to report to the allotted college with all the necessary documents.
- If a candidate fails to report to the allotted college within the stipulated date and time, his/ her seat will be cancelled.
NATA 2023 Documents Required for Counselling
NATA 223 qualified candidates appearing for counselling in institutes of their choice and fulfilling the eligibility criteria must carry the following documents in original along with two sets of photocopies during the counseling process:
- NATA 2023 Admit Card
- NATA 2023 Score Card
- Class 10th Mark sheets and pass certificates
- Class 12th Mark sheets and pass certificates
- Photo ID proof and photograph
- Domicile for the state University exam
- 3-4 passport-size photographs in light background without goggles or as per the guidelines of the State University or College
- Transfer certificate (if applicable)
- Residence certificate (if applicable)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- The certificate for the ex-servicemen quota is different and must be supplied in the format asked by the University/College
