REAP 2024 Registration is expected to start in May 2024. You can fill out the REAP application form by June 2024. REAP 2024 Merit list will be released soon after by July 2024.

Candidates who completed their 12th with Science stream from a recognized board with a minimum score of 45% aggregate marks( 40% for SC/ST category) are eligible to apply. REAP Counseling will be done either on the basis of the rank of the candidate in the JEE Main 2024 (if applicable) or the candidate’s marks in class 12th boards.

REAP is conducted by Rajasthan Technical University to provide admission to B.E/B.Tech and B.Arch courses in different colleges in Rajasthan.

REAP 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates having Rajasthan Domicile only are eligible to apply for REAP 2024. And rest to become eligible for the REAP 2024 Admission Process, Candidates need to have the following eligibility criteria:

Academic Requirement:

  • Candidate must have completed their 12th from a recognized institution with a minimum mark of 45% (40% for reserved category candidates of SC/ST/NCL OBC/Non-Creamy Layer SBC of Rajasthan State).
  • For getting admission for the B.Tech or B.E course in Rajasthan, candidates should have some compulsory subjects such as Mathematics and Physics in 12th grade along with other subjects like Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Bio-Technology, and others.

Age Eligibility:

  • To become eligible for REAP 2024; the candidate must be born on or after October 1st, 1994.
  • Upper age limit relaxation of 5 years is given to SC/ST and PwD candidates.
  • The date of birth mentioned in the 10th certificate and Marksheet will only be considered valid for claiming age relaxation.

Medical Eligibility:

  • Selected candidates need to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate in the prescribed format while reporting to the allocated college of Rajasthan.
  • The Medical Fitness Certificate should be certified by a Medical Officer of the Government of Rajasthan or by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  • The Medical Standards are as follows:

Candidates with other Body Issues like Hydrocele, Hernia, etc will be kept on Hold and they should be cured before joining the program.

For Defective Vision: it must be corrected to 6/9 in the better eye and 6/12 in the worse eye.
They should be free from Congenital and other eye diseases.

REAP 2024 Application Form

Interested candidates can apply for the REAP Application Form 2024 from the official websites. Candidates can follow the following steps to complete their REAP 2024 Application Process:

STEP 1: Steps to fill out the application form

  • Before filling out the REAP 2024 Application form, candidates need to appear for or secure marks in the JEE or GATE exam.
  • Candidates should visit the official website and download the application form.
  • The information will include their name, date of birth, address and education details, and contact details.
  • After downloading, candidates need to fill out the application form carefully. 
  • After filling out the application form candidates should review it to avoid any kind of mistakes. (If any mistakes or mismatches happen then the application form will be rejected)
  • After formfilling candidate needs to upload a passport-size photo in jpeg format
  • After that candidates need to pay Rs 295 for the application form.
  • After the process is complete, the candidate can print out the application form for future preference.

STEP 2: Documents required for Filling the REAP Application Form

Candidates need to have the following documents in softcopy format for filling out the online REAP 2024 Application Form and hardcopy for offline submission:

  • 16-digit token number and Receipt generated b the E-Mitra or CSC Kiosk Service Centre.
  • Recent Passport Size Colored Photograph in jpg format (Image Size should be a maximum of 100KB).
  •  Signature in jpg Format of a maximum image size of 50KB.
  • Mark Sheets and certificates of 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.
  • Scorecard of JEE Main 2024 (if applicable)
  • Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan and Reservation Category Certificate (if Applicable).
  • Candidates from the KM Category of Jammu and Kashmir must have a certificate from the competent authority as proof of being the son/daughter of the displaced person from J & K.

REAP 2024 Counselling Process

The Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan will organize the REAP 2024 Counselling Process for the admission of B.Tech or B.Arch candidates. Counseling will be done either on the basis of the rank of the candidate in the JEE Main 2024 (if applicable) or the candidate’s marks in class 12th boards.

The entire counselling session of REAP 2024 will be divided into 3 rounds and candidates need to lock their choices of branch and college before appearing for the REAP Counselling Process 2024. During the online choice-filling process, candidates need to pay a fee of INR 10,000 which is fully adjustable in case of admission taken at the allocated Rajasthan Institution. The REAP 2024 Counselling Process Steps are as follows:

STEP 1: Online Registration for REAP Counselling

  • First Candidates need to register themselves online by filling in the required personal, educational, and contact details correctly for communication purposes and to sit for the counseling.
  • Next, upload the Scanned Colored Photograph (Image Size should be a maximum of 100KB) and Signature (maximum image size of 50KB) in the required jpg format and size.
  • Then Make a payment of INR 295 through any of the online payment methods of Debit Card/ Net Banking /Credit Card or E-Mitra Centres and keep the receipt for future reference.

STEP 2: Online Choice Filling and Locking of Seat

  • After completing the registration part, log in using the credentials.
  • Make choices of seats from the given list of Institutions in Rajasthan for B.Tech and B.E courses and fill it out carefully.
  • Choose as many colleges/seats as you like and fill them immediately before it become “Choice Exhausted Condition” on the screen.
  • Save your filled choices every time you log in to the dashboard and edit the same.
  • Once sure about the filled choices, lock the choices, or else the system will also automatically lock the last filled choices saved on the last day.

STEP 3: REAP Seat Allotment Process

REAP Seat Allotment 2024 Process will be done based on the available seats, the Merit rank of the candidates, and the choices filled by them. Based on all this, Candidates will get their provisional allotment letter which will contain their personal details and details of the allocated institution and program to which they have been provisionally admitted and its initial fee details. This provisional allotment letter has to be downloaded, as has to be taken to the allocated institution for future process.

This REAP Seat Allotment Process will be done through several rounds:

  • ROUND ONE: Based on the Merit List, JEE Qualified Candidates will be given priority for seat allocation, and the Non-JEE Candidates.
  • ROUND TWO: If a candidate has been allocated a seat of higher preference, that particular seat will be allocated to the subsequent candidates. Fresh seat choice filling will not be allowed and only the originally selected seat will be considered as valid. Registered candidates will not be allowed to change their choice or resubmit it.
  • ROUND THREE: In this third round, candidates who have JEE Main Score but were not allotted seats due to exhaustion of their choice of institution will be allowed to participate. Registered Non-JEE Main Candidates will now have the option to change their choices. And new candidates who meet the needed eligibility criteria will also be allowed to register after paying an amount of INR 1200 for Application Form Fees and can fill in the choices as per the availability of the seats.
  • ROUND FOUR: Due to upward movement candidates will be allotted seats. According to their choice of the program that the candidates have filled and the left vacant seats, seats will be allocated in this round of counseling.

STEP 4: Physical Report and Final Admission Process at the Allotted Institute

  • Candidates need to physically report to the allocated institution at the scheduled time with all the required documents in original for verification and two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the documents and a signed copy of the filled admission form.
  • Documents that are required to submit include:
  • Filled Registration form with attached colored photograph of the candidate.
  • Passport-size colored photographs.
  • A hard copy of the provisional seat allotment letter
  • Scorecard of JEE Main 2024 (if applicable)
  • Mark Sheets and Certificate of 10th, 11th and 12th grade
  • Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan and Reservation Category Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/SBC/PWD (if Applicable), issued by a competent authority.
  • Undertaking form by the OBC/SBC candidates in the prescribed format.
  • Wards of ex-servicemen will have to produce their requisite service certificate if applicable for the admission process.

REAP 2024 Seat Allocation

Seat Allocation under REAP 2024 follows certain Reservation Rules for the reserved category candidates. For getting the benefit of the reservation, candidates need to fulfill the reservation criteria as per the state government of Rajasthan’s rules. The allocation percentages for different reserved categories are tabulated below:
