The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) re-opened its registration and reporting facility for candidates wanting to get into Deemed Universities through the Stray Vacancy Round for admission to the year 2024-25. This was in response to a request made by several Deemed Universities, which requested an extension of the date of admission cut-off for the ASU&H-UG courses up to January 13, 2025.

Eligible candidates can now use the AACCC-UG Counseling portal to register for the Stray Vacancy Round, change their preferences, and complete the admission process within the scheduled dates.

Eligibility Criteria for Participation

To participate in the Stray Vacancy Round, candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

1. New Registrants. Candidates who have not earlier registered on the portal of the AACCC-UG.
2. No Seat Allotment Candidates who were not allotted any seat through Central, State, or UT counseling for the academic year 2024-25.
3. Those whose names are in the ineligible list published by AACCC-MoA on December 23, 2024, shall not be eligible.

Important Notes for Candidates

• Registration Unlocking Facility: Registered candidates under Ayush who are eligible can unlock and change their registration details from January 9, 2025 (3:00 PM) to January 10, 2025 (4:00 PM).
• Counseling Preferences: During the registration unlocking period, candidates must choose 'Deemed Universities' as their preference.
• One-Time Facility: The unlocking facility is a one-time facility. No changes will be permitted after this window.

Additional Guidelines

Candidates should report to the concerned Deemed University for further instructions and verification of documents. Reporting and verification will take place from 11 January 2025 to 13 January 2025.
