  • Educational Certificates: 10th, 12th, UG, PG certificates and mark sheets
  • Fellowship Certificates: UGC/CSIR/DBT/ICMR NET-JRF validity certificate (if applicable)
  • Personal Documents: Recent passport-size photo
  • Transfer and Migration Documents: Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate
  • Category Certificates: SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWD, OBC-NCL, and EWS certificates (if applicable)
