Mandatory Documents For GGSIPU PhD Interview

Shortlisted candidates must bring the following documents to the PhD interview at:-

  • Profile Sheet
  • Registration Fee receipt copy
  • JRF Award Letter (if applicable)
  • UGC NET Certificate with valid NET Score
  • Original academic certificates and self-attested photocopies
  • 2 passport-size photographs
  • No-Objection Certificate (if employed)
  • Brief profile (CV)
  • Exemption claim supporting documents
  • 10 copies of the tentative research proposal for PhD topic

Important Notes For PhD Candidates

Candidates are required to read the following guidelines before attending PhD Interviews:-

  • Interview schedules will be published online; no separate notifications will be sent.
  • Travel allowances (TA/DA) will not be provided to candidates attending the interview.
  • Candidates must bring all required documents; failure to do so will result in disqualification from the interview.
