DAIICT PhD Fees

The fee structure for DAIICT PhD programme is listed below:

DAIICT PhD Financial Assistance

DA-IICT Fellowship

  • All candidates admitted as full-time PhD students will be eligible for financial support in the form of Teaching Assistantships (TA) / Research Assistantships (RAs).
  • For the first two years, the fellowship would be INR 35,000 per month. From the third year, the fellowship will be revised to INR 40,000 per month up to the fifth year.

TCS Research Fellowship

  • Candidates registered for a full-time PhD program within 28 years of age and in the 2nd year of PhD with a brilliant academic background and pursuing research involving computing are eligible for the fellowship.
  • The fellowship is for a maximum of four years or submission of thesis, whichever is earlier.
  • INR 70,000 per month for the first two years and INR 97,500 per month for the next two years is awarded.

Note: Candidates who have been selected for the DST Inspire / PM Scholarship / Visweshvaraya PhD scheme and other appropriate fellowships and admitted to the programme can avail their fellowship.
