Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU), School of Technology is one of the schools of Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU/PDPU). PDPU is a private university established by GERMI by State Act enacted on April 04, 2007. The university is recognized by UGC and AICTE and has been accredited with Grade A by NAAC. The varsity is also a member of AIU. It has been granted autonomy by the Ministry of Human Resource Development and the first university in Gujarat to be awarded autonomy. PDPU SOT offers graduate, post-graduate, and doctoral courses in various disciplines. The university offers B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Tech, M.Sc., M.Tech, and Ph.D. programs. The selection criteria for UG and PG courses include a written test followed by a Personal Interview except for the B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. courses.
