BHU PG Admission 2023 has reopened for 5 days after the CUET PG Result declaration. The last date to apply for PG courses at BHU is July 31, 2023. Additionally, BHU is currently accepting applications for its Special Courses of Studies (SCS). The deadline for applying for SCS is July 26, 2023.

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) offers various courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. There are also certificates and UG/PG diploma courses offered by the university. The courses offered at the PG level include M.A., MBA, M.Phil, M.Sc, MFA, LLM, M.Tech, etc. 

The eligibility criteria for PG courses in that the candidate must have graduated with at least 50% marks. BHU Admission to PG courses at BHU is accepted through the CUET PG Exam that is conducted by NTA and the selection is based on the merit list generated from the CUET PG marks.

BHU PG Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for BHU PG Admission in 2023 are as follows:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
• Minimum Marks: Applicants must have obtained the minimum required marks in their undergraduate degree as specified by the university for the respective course.
• Specific Requirements: Some courses may have additional requirements, such as specific subjects studied at the undergraduate level or qualifying in entrance exams like CUET (Common University Entrance Test).
• Age Limit: There is generally no upper age limit for most postgraduate courses. However, candidates are advised to check the specific age requirements for their chosen course.

BHU PG Application Process

Candidates can apply for the BHU PG Admission 2023 by using the following steps:

Step1: 

• Visit the BHU Admissions website by clicking the following link:https://www.bhuonline.in/
• The Portal will display important instructions and guidelines before the candidate starts his/her Registration
• Retype the 12-digit NTA Application number.
• Name of the Applicant, Date of Birth, Gender, Father‟s Name, Mother‟s Name { Please don't add any salutations such as Mr, Ms. Dr., etc before the name.
• Please note that all communication related to your application including the verification code for activation will be sent to this email address. 
•  Create Password: Password length should be 8-20 (It must contain at least one letter,one number, and one special character).
• Applicant‟s Mobile Number: {Please give your working mobile number, OTP at different stages during the admission process will be sent only on this mobile number}.
• Captcha: Fill in the Captcha appearing there.
• Sign up now.
• Once the candidate signs up, a confirmation email will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address.
• Important Registration Details will appear on your screen. Please check all the details and confirm the same
• The candidate will receive a confirmation email containing an activation link and login Details.

Step 2:

• Once the Rules and Regulations have been read, the candidate can move to step II i.e.“My Application”
• Proceed by confirming and adding the form. 
• Applicant‟s Details: Fill out the form with Candidate‟s Name, Father‟s Name, Mother‟s Name, Mobile Number, Category
• Educational Details: Fill details of the 10th, 12th, and Bachelor's degree examinations in the given columns. Double-check the details
• Document Upload: Please upload the relevant documents Save and Proceed.
• Upload Photo and Signature: Choose and Upload a passport photo, Choose and Upload your signature, Save, and Proceed
• Program Select: Select a program by ticking it. Save and Proceed.
• Bank Account Details: Kindly provide the details of Bank Name, Branch Name, Bank Account Number, IFSC Code and Account Holder‟s Name. 
• Preview and Confirm {Fill all the Descriptions, Check the status as Completed}: Go to the PREVIEW AND PRINT REGISTRATION & PREFERENCE FORM.
