Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu in association with All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jammu and Research Foundation of Hospital and Healthcare Administration (RFHHA) organised a Healthcare Executive Management Development Programme (HxMDP). The HxMDP will be a one-week programme from September 18, 2023 - September 23, 2023, witnessing 46 participants from the whole country along with medical professionals. 

What is the Healthcare Executive Management Development Programme (HxMDP)?

The Healthcare Executive Management Development Programme ( HxMDP) aims to “ enhance healthcare leaders' capacities to plan, organize, control, and lead their associations and enable them to discover new ways to handle issues, seize challenges and take their associations and people to new directions.”

Under this programme, domains like human resources strategic planning in hospitals, hospital services and operations, healthcare communication, healthcare technology, safety, quality and accreditation, healthcare ethics and law, materials and supply chain management, population health and pandemics, hospital facilities planning & design and gen-next healthcare are covered.

Guest of Honour for the Inaugural Programme

HxMDP was inaugurated in the presence of V Srinivasa Rao, Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare and Director General National Centre for Good Governance who joined on virtual mode as the guest of honour.

V Srinivasa Rao addressed the audience and said that hospitals are not an easy place to govern. That’s why it is necessary to have good hospital administration in today’s world. He also appreciated the collaboration of IIM Jammu, AIIMS Jammu and RFHHA in conducting such an innovative program in the healthcare sector.

HxMDP 2023 Admission Procedure and Fees

HxMDP 2023 is accepting 50 participants and that is also only on a first come first get basis. The registration and payment details are given on the official website aiimsjammu.edu.in.

Professionals in leadership positions in public & private healthcare organizations with at least 5 years of experience in management and professionals in Policy, Project and programme Development, Capacity Building & those leading Service Excellence Initiatives can join this programme.
