Key Instructions for Candidates
- Reporting: Eligible candidates must report to the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day of counselling for registration and attendance.
- Required Documents:
- Domicile Certificate
- Marks Card (10th for 10th-based courses, 12th for 12th-based courses)
- Valid Category Certificate, if applicable
- Date of Birth Certificate (Diploma or 10th Class Marks Card)
- Counselling Fee: A fee of ₹1000 must be deposited at the BOPEE offices via POS machines (Debit/Credit Cards) on the counselling day.
- Upgradation Eligibility:
- Candidates allotted a seat in the first round and interested in upgradation can participate but must present their fee receipt from the allotted college.
- Candidates who received seats in the first or second rounds but did not join are eligible for this round.
- Seat Allocation Process:
- Candidates should remain at the BOPEE office after being allotted a seat as additional seats may become available if vacated by others during the session.
- Reserved category seats unfilled after the second round will be converted to open merit if no eligible reserved category candidates are available.
