Candidates are required to report to their respective colleges by January 13, 2025, for document verification and fee payment. This process includes Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha, Unani, and Medical Allied courses.

Option Registration and Fee Details
Candidates can register their option through the official portal, www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The option registration window closes on January 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Meanwhile, while doing so, candidates may also upload their NEET UG 2024 results and rectify defects in documents like photos, signatures, and nativity proofs.
- Registration Fee Information:
- General/SEBC Candidates: ₹10,000
- SC/ST/OEC Candidates: ₹500
- It is refundable only if allotment is made nil.
Important Guidelines
- Eligibility: Already admitted or allotted candidates in the previous rounds are not eligible.
- Payment of Fee: During the process, the registration fee needs to be paid.
- Self-financing colleges: candidates need to pay the provisional fee for the academic year 2023-24, which would be adjusted by the fee structure of 2024-25.
- Submission of Documents: All the documents, such as NEET results, need to be submitted before the last date.

Final Remarks
The candidates are required to join the allotted colleges by 13 January 2025; otherwise, their allotment will be forfeited. In case of failure to comply with the rules and regulations, the registration fees will not be returned.
