The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the Special Stray Vacancy Round 3 under Kerala NEET Counseling 2024 to fill the remaining MBBS seats. Eligible candidates must complete the online option registration process by 4:00 PM today, December 24, 2024.

Eligibility and Participation Guidelines

Who Can Participate?

• Candidates published in Kerala State Medical Rank List published by CEE.

Who is Ineligible?

• Candidates allocated or selected earlier from earlier rounds or preceding stray vacancy rounds themselves under NEET UG 2024.
• Those who resigned seats after 15th October, 2024.
• Candidates appeared in the AIQ Stray Vacancy Round 3 allotment list.

• Fees can be paid online or through designated Head Post Offices.

Tentative Allotment and Penalty Details

Allotment Process:

• Option Registration: Applicants will log in through the CEE Kerala portal and submit preferences.
• Conversion of Vacancies: The seats will be converted according to category guidelines
• Final Allotment: The result will be announced on 24 Dec, 2024

Penalty for non-compliance

• A ₹10,00,000 penalty for failure to join or withdrawing after allotment
• Debarred from CEE's entrance exams and allotments for two years.
