The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the First Round Provisional Stray Vacancy Allotment List for LLM admissions for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates must submit any discrepancy on the provisional allotment list through email at ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in by 3 PM. The final allotment for KLEE 2024 counselling will released after examining the complaints.
Important Highlights of the Notification:
- Allotment Basis: The stray allotments are based upon ranklist published by CEE and online options registered by candidates between 31st Dec, 2024 and 3rd Jan 2025, up to 3:00 PM.
- Exclusions: Candidates with withheld results were not included in the provisional allotment.
- Allotment Details: The allotment is provisional and subject to changes based on complaints, if any, received by the CEE by January 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

General Conditions for KLEE 2024 LLM Admission:
- Vacancy seats that have been allocated in this round cannot be altered at any cost.
- Candidates allocated a seat in this round (regardless of their admission status) will not be eligible for further allotments.
- Candidates who have vacated seats on or after December 23, 2024, at 12:00 PM, shall not be eligible for this or any future stray vacancy allotments.

Note for Candidates:
- The claimants of SC/ST reservation whose caste status is under verification by KIRTADS have been provisionally included in the allotment process, but their admission is subject to final verification.
- Any discrepancy noticed in the provisional allotment list should be reported through email at ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in before the deadline.
What is KLEE Counselling?
Qualified candidates can participate in the KLEE centralised allotment process (CAP) for the allotment of seats in law colleges. There are 4 government law colleges and 20 self-financing law colleges which participate in KLEE CAP.
KLEE Reservations of Seats
KLEE Participating Colleges provide reservations as per the rules and regulations of the state government. 50% of available seats are reserved under the state merit category. The category-wise KLEE reservation policy has been tabulated below:
